Virtual Reading Room of the National Library of Belarus has offered information support for scientific and practical activities of scientists and specialists in the field of medicine as part of a series of online events on December 17.
During the event, Ms Marina Rudakovskaya, Head of the Corporate Interaction Department, introduced the participants to electronic information resources containing up-to-date full-text information in all areas of medical science and practice, and healthcare. She also drew the attention of the listeners to a special collection on the National Library website "COVID-19: Scientific Resources of Leading Publishers" and noted the features and benefits of a corporate subscription to licensed resources.
Representatives of the leading medical centers of Belarus, as well as our fellow librarians from the Republican Scientific Medical Library attended the online meeting.
The Virtual Reading Room is open for cooperation with all libraries and information centres in our country on issues of subscription to licensed databases and training to work with them.
