The staff of the National Library took part in an expanded meeting of the regional methodical association of school libraries in the Central District of Minsk on March 28.
The representatives of more than 30 Minsk schools, both from the Central and other districts of the capital, became the participants of the meeting, organized in the secondary school No. 32.
The presentation "Using the resources of the virtual reading room of the National Library of Belarus for informational support of educational and methodological activities in the school" was showed.
Marina Rudakovskaya and Maria Domovskaya, the representatives of the Corporate Interaction Department, told the audience about the principles and work directions of the virtual reading room, and also presented electronic resources for the information support of the educational process in the secondary school.
Julia Metelskaya conducted training with participants on electronic magazines on the EastView platform, access to which is opened through a virtual reading room for secondary schools in the Central District.
