A seminar on the use of the virtual reading room’s information resources was held at the Academy of Management under the President of the Republic of Belarus, on December 5.
The event was organized by the National Library of Belarus and Clarivate Analytics Company.
The seminar was attended by university teachers, students and staff of the Academy. Head of the Corporate Interaction Department of the National Library of Belarus Marina Rudakovskaya presented the opportunities of the virtual reading room for information support of management process.
Irina Tikhonkova, the Clarivate Analytics coach, introduced the attendees to the features of the Web of Science information services. She also told about the main scientometric indicators and their features and gave a practical advice on how to create and manage profiles on the basis of ResearcherID and ORCID, and how to select scientific articles for international publications.
