On November 19th, 2009, the round table session dedicated to the 10th anniversary of signing of the Agreement on creation of the Union State took place in National Library of Belarus.
Deputies of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus, the State Duma of the Russian Federation, leading political scientists, economists, philosophers, historians, representatives of public organizations and movements of Belarus and Russia have participated in the event.
Participants of the session considered various aspects of the Russian-Belarus integration, discussed questions of cooperation between the countries in the field of culture, science and education, building branch and military sphere.
