The worldwide conference "Preserving Heritage for a Stable Future," launched in celebration of the 510th anniversary of Armenian printing, was held at the National Library of Armenia on September 29–30, 2022. Leading and emerging library professionals from around the world attended the conference.
Employees from Belarus' National Library participated in the Forum online as well.
The National Library of Belarus' general director, Aksana Knizhnikava, published a report titled "Historical Memory in the Book Heritage: Formation, Preservation, and Study of the Document Collection as a Fundamental Part of Information Resources."
Alla Sheremetyeva, Head of the Information Center, presented the report "Integration of digital bibliographic content in Belarusian libraries".
Vyacheslav Brichkovsky, Head of the Innovation development of library and information processes section, presented the report "Problems and prospects of organizing long-term preservation of digital cultural heritage" to colleagues.
As a result of our participation in the conference, we were able to examine the potential and tactical directions of library collaboration in order to enhance the calibre of library services and increase public awareness of the written legacy.
