On October 23, 2007 in National library of Belarus the Final of Internet Search Competition was hold. The participants fought for the Cup of Belarussian Library Association.
19 employees of the libraries from all regions of our Republic took part in the competition. They became the best in regional rounds.
The main point of the final round was to find correct answers on ten questions in Internet as fast as possible. Every participant had 6 minutes to answer one question. Thanks to specialized platform of Yandex, that is used by this company for organizing such kind of competitions, the jury could follow the competitions in real time. A hardcompetition for the 1st place was between Ekaterina Kren and Marina Saponenko. Both of them answered ten questions correctly, but Ekaterina could find answers faster.
