The event was organized by the virtual reading room in the frameworks of the series of seminars on information resources using on the Web of Science platform .
On February 28, 2018 the presentation took place in the largest universities of the country: the Belarusian State Economic University, the Belarusian State Pedagogical University named after Maxim Tank and the Belarusian State University.
Irina Tikhonkova (Clarivate Analytics) represented the information products of the Web of Science platform, and also highlighted the most relevant topics for the university libraries users: algorithms for searching and analyzing scientific information on the platform, creation and interpreting reports of publications and citations, creating personal author's profiles of scientists in ResearcherID, approaches to selection and evaluation scientific journals for the placement of scientific publications.
The seminar was attended by more than 120 representatives of university administrations, faculty, postgraduates and undergraduates, university libraries staff.
