On December 13-14, 2007 in National Library of Belarus took place a scientific and practical seminar “International experience of scientific and technical parks, transfer of technologies, and innovative management”.
At the seminar were discussed the urgent issues of planning, development and management of scientific parks, international cooperation, implementation of European experience of scientific and technological development in Belarus, prospects of planning management, transfer of technologies, venture investing in Belarus, and data protection.
In the event participated: Fried Nielsen, the Deputy Head of the Mission of Federal Republic of Germany to the Republic of Belarus, Gao Lihun, the First Secretary of the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in the Republic of Belarus, and scientists.
