Independence Day is celebrated by Canada on July 1. On the occasion of the national holiday of the North American country, a white-red flag with a maple leaf, a symbol of Canada, appeared on the outdoor electronic light board of the National Library of Belarus. The event was initiated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus.

They got acquainted with the thematic book exhibition "Water is a wonderful gift of Nature" dedicated to World Water Day.
