The National Library of Belarus together with the Presidential Library named after Boris Yeltsin (the Russian Federation) has been developing an electronic collection "Memory of the Great Victory."

The project is dedicated to the USSR victory in the Great Patriotic War 1941 – 1945. The collection includes official documents, photo and newsreels, wartime newspapers, books, propaganda materials, collections of articles and biographies, testimonies of participants in military battles and rear workers, their personal documents, images of military and labor awards, monuments and memorials from 32 libraries of the CIS countries.

About 600 rare newspapers, leaflets and graphic materials dedicated to the Great Patriotic War have been donated to the National Library of Belarus.

Materials with brief annotations are placed in thematic sections.

On April 24, 2024, at the International Scientific and Practical Conference "Rumyantsev Readings-2024" in Moscow, Olga Polunchenko, chief bibliographer of the Department of reference and Information Services, presented a report "The role of Adam Shanyavsky in organizing the library fund of the Nesvizh County School (the last quarter of the XVIII century)."
