On May 6th, an event “May the Sun forever shine!” timed to the 70th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War was held at the Children’s room.
The event started with a musical presentation “No one is forgotten, nothing is forgotten” which helped to create a serious and quivering mood. Then children answered questions of a quiz “To know and to remember”.
At the contest “Help the wounded” boys and girls proved that any task was within their grasp, and also successfully overcome obstacles of a relay-race having shown an unusual dexterity and accuracy.
During the event children listened to wartime songs and got acquainted with books about the Great Patriotic War. At the end of the event young participants made memorable congratulatory cards.
