A lesson “It's Interesting to Read: Holly Webb's Oscar's Lonely Christmas” was held in the Children’s Room on January 22.
A story about the friendship between a Dalmatian puppy called Oscar and a girl called Hannah was a real eye-opener for the children. The main character of the book showed a good example of a sensitive and caring attitude towards her pet, which became a loyal and reliable friend for her.
The children learned that Dalmatians are born completely white and that dark spots only appear on them after some time. The children played a fun game called 'Doggy' and made an origami-style Dalmatian puppy.
