On October 10, Galina Sinila, the biblical scholar, hebraist and humanist, presented a lecture on the modern Belarusian translation of the Song of Solomon. The event is part of the international project “Belarus and the Bible”.
Galina Sinilo is a legendary lecturer at the BSU, giving a lecture course on the Bible and world culture and others, candidate of philological sciences, professor of the department of History of Culture, and Associate Professor, Department of Foreign Literature at Belarusian State University.
The manuscripts, early printed and rare editions reading room was filled with interested students. The lecture was also attended by famous and novice scientists.Read also:
