On 9 January, a creative lesson "Frosty traceries” was held from the series "Non-traditional ways of representation" in the Children Room of the National Library of Belarus.
On this lesson children learned to draw in a printing mechanism. A masking tape, paints and cellophane were used in creating of unusual “frosty” compositions. Using creative fantasy and imagination, children got unique drawings.
Young participants of the event listened to one of the most popular Russian folk fairy-tales "Jack Frost", took part in a literary contest and remembered other well-known fairy-tales.
Mobile and board games were a perfect completion of this lesson.
