The 11th Forum of creative and scientific intellectuals of member-states of the CIS took place on October in Bishkek.
The Forum is held with the support of the Intergovernmental fund of humanitarian cooperation of member-states of the CIS and the State management on preparation and realization of the Year of history and culture under the government of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Prominent scientific, cultural, educational figures, representatives of youth, public organizations, ministries and departments of Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan participated in the Forum.
Different aspects of professional cooperation: "Development of cultural dialogue in the CIS", "Availability and quality of education in the CIS", "Role of youth in Eurasian integration", "Tourism as a factor of integration processes acceleration" were discussed at plenary sessions and profile sections.
The ceremony of laureates of the International youth award of the IFHC "Cooperation of debuts" awarding and presentation of the 2017 Cultural capital of the CIS – Azerbaijani city Ganja took place in the framework of the Forum.
The deputy director for research and publishing activities, chairman of the International association of Belarusian experts Alexander Susha participated in the Forum sessions. He delivered a report on intercultural relations in the context of Belarusian history and modernity, announced the upcoming celebrations of the 500th anniversary of Belarusian book-printing and invited representatives of creative and scientific intellectuals of member-states of the CIS to participate in these celebrations.
