During the sessions on Sven Nordqvist's book "Findus at Christmas", the young readers were immersed in the atmosphere of Christmas preparations. The reading of excerpts allowed the children not only to get acquainted with the content of the famous book but also to join in with the events happening to the main characters.

The participants read aloud, tried to capture the mood of each character with their voice intonation, and even tried to say the words of Findus the cat as a real cat would. Everyone did creative tasks together: they made a recipe for gingerbread biscuits, prepared templates for a Christmas treat, drew a Christmas tree for Patson and Findus, and tried their hand at design.

The meeting of children with the book "Findus at Christmas" has opened a series of Christmas gatherings at the National Library of Belarus.

The next museum reading will be held on December 11.
