New Year is a time of miracles and pleasant surprises when everyone strives to share their joy and warmth with their fellows. The National Library of Belarus has a tradition to hold charity excursions as well as social and cultural events.

Students from Borisov, Molodechno, Pukhovichi, Smolevichi, Kletsk, Nesvizh districts of the Minsk region visited the library in respect to the New Year charity campaign titled Our Children. They became participants of the regional campaign New Year with the Library, which took place from December 20, 2019 to January 9, 2020.

People with defective vision, workers of the Novogrudok branch of Unitary Enterprise Filter of BelTIZ PA and their children, visited the National Library on the Old New Year Eve. Families were able to spend leisure time together, take a walk around the unique building, learn about the services that the library provides to readers with defective vision and, of course, climb to the Observation Deck.

We hope that the pleasant memories of the New Year holidays held in the National Library will remain with the children and adults for a long time, and we will be very happy to see each other again.
