On December 11th, 2009, participants of the OSCE expert seminar on energy safety and energy infrastructure protection for the countries of Central and Eastern Europe visited National Library of Belarus.
The guests got acquainted with the activity of National Library of Belarus, architectural peculiarities of the building, its equipment, information resources and interior decorations.
At the end of the excursion the guests ascended the Library’s Observation Platform and admired the picturesque panorama of the city and the suburb.
