On November 6th, 2009, in the Round hall of National Library of Belarus the state awards of the Republic of Belarus were delivered to workers of different fields of the national economy.
On behalf of the President of the Republic of Belarus, Prime Minister of the Republic of Belarus S.S. Sidorsky handed the awards.
Representatives of different regions of the country and fields of activity: heads and experts of public health, educational and cultural establishments, state bodies and control authorities, workers of the petrochemical industry, post and telecommunication, lawyers and teachers received medals “For labor merits” and Diplomas of the President of the Republic of Belarus.
In the ranks of those whose work had been appreciated at the state level were: Deputy Minister of Taxes and Duties L.A. Kondratova, deputy chairwoman of the Committee of the State Control R.P. Savritskaya, head of Bobruisk maternity hospital A.V. Pshenichnaya, and head of technical management of the republican unitary enterprise of telecommunication Beltelekom L.M.Sidorenko. 67 persons received awards from the Belarusian government.
