On May 7, 2007, in National Library of Belarus conference hall took place an event "Dedication to the Soldier of the Victory" for veterans of the Great Patriotic War. In the event participated Mikhail Yasien, the eminent poet. At the concert were performed lyrics by the poet, which became classical front song. In the event took part Nelly Boguslavskaja, the Republic of Belarus Honored Artist, Ismail Kaplanov, the composer, Victor Voitik, the Republic of Belarus Honored Art Worker, Leonid Zahlevny, the Laureate of the State Prize, Anatoly Antonenko, the variety performer, and other Belarusian eminent cultural workers. In the event as well participated Leonid Goldman, Mikhail Yasien's son, veterans, students of the Republic of Belarus Military Academy, students, and pupils. The event was organized by Minsk Pervomay district administration and National Library of Belarus.
