A creative study “My City” of the cycle “Non-traditional methods of representation” took place on 29 June at the Children’s’ Room of the National Library of Belarus.
At the study children have “built” their city of dreams. Common tea boxes were transformed into multicolored high-rise buildings. The flower-beds were “planted” with beautiful roses and multicolored chamomiles made of plastiline. Alleys and fountains decorated the streets.
Young participants learned how to work with paper, napkins, groats and glue, experimented with colors and materials, and proposed their own variants of design.
Well-known and favorite children’s songs which were played during the study created a cheerful mood.
