A concert dedicated to the Mother’s Day in Belarus and the Orthodox holiday of the Protection of the Holy Virgin was held at the National Library, on October 14.
The holiday event took place in the conference hall for women veterans of the Great Patriotic War and mothers with many children.
The event was attended by deputy head of the Administration of the Pervomaisky District of Minsk Elena Osadchaya, rector of the All Saints Parish Archpriest Fyodor Povny, and director of the National Library of Belarus Roman Motulsky.
The event’s guests enjoyed performances of popular Belarusian singers and dancers, as well as the Honored Collective of the Republic of Belarus of the Belarusian State Academic Musical Theater.
The charming presenters Ekaterina Verezub and Evgeny Lashkovsky created an atmosphere of warmth and comfort.
