The Best Young Professional of the Year award ceremony was held as part of the Day of the City of Minsk, on September 14.
The employee of the National Library, Vladislav Zhidovich, a librarian at the Library and Information Technologies Department, took 1st place in the nomination "The best young specialist of a cultural institution." Elina Braga, head of department of the Pervomaisky District Administration, congratulated the winners and presented them diplomas and souvenirs.
The competition, held for the seventh time, aims to find and reward the best young professionals who have achieved success in their activities. This year, more than 400 representatives of enterprises and organizations in Minsk took part in the competition; winners were selected in 10 nominations. The most creative, erudite, courageous and purposeful young specialists have been awarded prizes.
