We are Best of the Best event was held by Belaya Rus National Public Association of Minsk Pervomaysky District. The event took place at the National Library of Belarus.
According to the results of the competition for the year 2019, Belaya Rus Primary Organization of the National Library of Belarus came out a winner in the Best Primary Organizations of Institutions of Science and Culture category.
Membership cards were officially presented to new members of the organization at the end of the event. Among them was Natalia Voronova, Leading Specialist of the National Library Logistical Support Department.
