The set was compiled by the National Library of Belarus together with the Ministry of Information of the Republic of Belarus and the Presidential Library of the Republic of Belarus. It includes fiction by Belarusian authors, publications on the history and culture of Belarus, dictionaries and children's books.
With the help of the Embassy of the Republic of Belarus in the Republic of Moldova, publications in the amount of 150 copies were handed over to еру national-cultural organizations and associations of Belarusians in Moldova.
The books are gifted within the framework of the charity event “About Belarus to Belarusians Abroad', initiated by the National Library of Belarus. It promotes the knowledge about our country and popularizes the information resources reflecting the richness of our historical, cultural and natural heritage.
We are looking to cooperate with individuals, publishers and organizations that have interesting publications about our country. We also appeal to the associations of Belarusians from foreign countries interested in receiving Belarusian literature and joining the charity event "About Belarus to Belarusians Abroad".
