The International E-Book Day is celebrated annually on September 18. For the first time, the holiday was held in 2014 to attract readers' attention to electronic book publishing.
Viktar Pshybytka, Deputy Director General of the National Library, spoke on "Radio-Minsk" about whether electronic books have completely replaced paper books, whether Minskers have begun to read more or less, what kind of literature is most popular.
