A theatrical performance of the Christmas pageant (batlejka) "King Herod" took place in the Book Museum on December 18.
Students of the 5 "A" form of Minsk Secondary School No. 180 made the performance under the guidance of teacher Anastasija Usnich.
The young visitors watched the play and then tried out the role of the character puppets, just as real Christmas pageant actors do.
During the class, the children created the symbol of Christmas – the Star of Bethlehem – which brought the news of the birth of the Child and showed the way to the wise men. Today, it also brings joy and gives moments of happiness. You just need to open your heart to good deeds.
