The 13th Annual WCO PICARD (Partnership in Customs Academic Research and Development) Conference was held in Malatya (Republic of Turkey), from 9 to 11 October.
The WCO’s PICARD Conference was attended by over 200 specialists from 65 countries, representing customs administrations, academic and research communities, international and regional organizations, and private business.
Alexander Grebennikov, the representative of the Department of Customs Affairs, the International Relations Faculty, the Belarusian State University, researcher in the field of international customs law and Master of Laws, made a presentation of his book "The Council of Customs Cooperation: World Customs Organization", published with the sponsorship of BSB Bank.
The author donated the book to the National Library of Belarus.
