The National Library of Belarus heartily congratulates members of the Belarusian Library Association on the holiday which is a significant event for all library community of the country.
The activities of the Belarusian Library Association are aimed at social and legal protection of library workers in Belarus, coordination of efforts for solving of the most urgent issues in the field of work of libraries, development of good-neighbor and professional relations between libraries of the CIS member countries and the Baltic States, and international cultural cooperation. At present its activities deserve the highest estimation and, certainly, promote formation of the optimal conditions for the development of the library sphere.
