The National Library of Belarus carries on the series of anniversary book exhibitions dedicated to Russian and foreign writers.
During the whole year publications about life and career of outstanding masters of the word of different times and nations are on display.
In the second quarter of 2016, the National Library offers the following expositions:
- ”The face of time on the other side of the glass of eternity”: to the 125th anniversary of the birth of Russian writer Mikhail Bulgakov (1891–1940);
- ” You will remember me not once…”: to the 130th anniversary of the birth of Russian poet Nicolay Gumilyov (1886–1920);
- “A unique storyteller’s talent”: to the 160th anniversary of the birth of English writer Henry Rider Haggard (1856–1925).
The reading rooms provide an access to the lists of publications on display. The reading lists are available at any user’s workplace.
