In 2011 the National Library of Belarus carries on the series of anniversary book exhibitions dedicated to celebrated Russian and foreign writers.
In the first quarter the Library offers the exhibitions as follow:
- “Keep my words forever…” : the 120th birthday of Russian poet Osip Mandelstam (1891–1938)
- "I love Russia, my heart bleeds for her…”: the 185th birthday of Russian writer Мikhail Saltykov-Shchedrin (1826–1889)
- “The artist of the Russian soul” : the 180th birthday of Russian writer Nicolay Leskov (1831–1895)
- “The Moon Valley resident”: the 135th birthday of American writer Jack London (1876–1916)
- “The enchanted soul”: the 145th birthday of French writer Romain Rolland (1866–1944)
- “Go to the people, my verse…”: the 570th birthday of Uzbek poet and philosopher Аlisher Navoi (1441–1501)
The exhibitions are located in the circular hall on the third floor.
