The National Library of Belarus continues the series of anniversary book exhibitions dedicated to Russian and foreign writers, their lives and careers.
In the third quarter the Library offers the expositions as follow:
- ”The Truth of Andre Maurois”: to the 125th birthday of French writer Andre Maurois (1885–1967);
- ”The Master of Short Story”: to the 160th birthday of French writer Gui de Maupassant (1850–1893);
- ”The Flight of Time”: to the 90th birthday of American sci-fi writer Ray Bradbury;
- ”Dreams of the Beautiful”: to the 130th birthday of Russian writer Alexander Grin (1880–1932);
- ”The Rioter and Fidget” : to the 140th birthday of Russian writer Alexander Kuprin (1870–1938);
- ”The Queen of Detective”: to the 120th birthday of English writer Agatha Christie (1890–1976).
The exhibitions located on the 3rd floor in the circular hall run up to September 20th.
The given expositions will be interesting to broad audience, and first of all to connoisseurs of literature.
