From December 2nd, 2009, to January 4th, 2010, in National Library of Belarus (the 3rd floor, circular passage) is open a book exhibition “The way to professional perfection”.
National Library of Belarus invites heads of enterprises and organizations, businessmen and experts in the field of insurance, book keeping, architecture and constructions, agriculture, medicine, teachers and workers of preschool establishments to visit the offered exhibition.
In conditions of the dynamic development of society it is impossible to overestimate the role and value of additional education in general and self-education in particular. The effective use of information resources of National Library of Belarus can promote substantially the professional growth of the expert.
There are presented more than 200 editions issued in 2009 and designed for professional reading; among them: encyclopedias, reference books, materials of scientific conferences and seminars, collections of legal documents, monographs, textbooks and manuals.
The section “For managers and businessmen” includes literature on legal regulation, labor legislation, rules of trade, anti-recessionary management and other components of modern business-technologies. Some editions displayed at this section are entirely dedicated to the business which is new to our country – the fashion-industry.
Any establishment can’t exist without the accounts department. At the section "Book keeping" are displayed editions containing exact data and official opinion in this sphere, and also professional series “For the modern accountant” and “The accountant’s consultant”.
There are as well textbooks and manuals for workers of agrobusiness, manufacture of forages, beekeeping, veterinary pharmacology, veterinary surgery, modern agriculture, etc.
The medical subjects are revealed at the section “For workers of public health services”, which represents educational and scientific materials on medical legislation, management of medical institutions, diagnostics, internal illnesses, ophthalmology, otolaryngology, stomatology, pediatrics and nurse business.
