From July 1st to August 26th in the hall of periodicals (room 106) a thematic exhibition is being held “In Harmony with Yourself and the World”.
From the point of view of psychology, harmony is a mental balance, the correspondence of reality and the surrounding realities to our inner feelings. A modern person is rarely harmonious: almost all people live under stress. The suppression of painful emotions finds a way out through the body, which often turns into diseases. But as soon as you start listening to your emotions, you will be able to connect with yourself, express your “I” and become more understandable to people, be happy and feel alive. Approaches to solving these issues are reflected in the magazines "Psychologies", "Health", "Psychology and I" and others presented at the exhibition.
Regular stresses and heavy loads knock a person out of the usual route. Some people cope with life's difficulties easily, while others concentrate on the failures and difficulties that face with. They give up, withdraw into themselves, and see the world in black colors. What should I do in such situations? What is stress and how to deal with it? Answers can be found in the periodicals “Vitsebskiya Vesti,” “Narodnaya Asveta,” and “Minsk School Today.”
Often the result of constant stress is emotional burnout. It is defined as a feeling of depletion of energy, an increase in mental distance from work, a cynical or negative attitude to work, and a drop in professional productivity.
