Knowledge of languages is the doorway to wisdom.

Roger Bacon

Foreign language teaching, as you can see, is becoming more and more popular. Some people learn languages because they need them to work, others to travel abroad freely, for some it's just a hobby. Knowledge of a foreign language allows you to learn better your native language and broaden your horizons, read original literature and make acquaintances with people from different countries.

The exhibition presents fiction in different languages, as well as textbooks, self-instruction books and phrasebooks for learning languages.
