We invite you to the exhibition “To Good Health” at the Interlibrary Loan and Document Delivery Reading Room from April 1 to 23 (room 164).

Health is the greatest of human blessings.

Health is a priceless gift of nature, the basis of everyone’s life. Exercise, healthy diet, rest are what healthy lifestyle is about. Unfortunately, you can’t always follow these simple rules.

It is for the purpose to draw attention to this issue that the World Health Organization put forward an idea in 1948 of the World Health Day and fixed it ob April 7. Various sports events, campaigns, lections on healthcare have been conducted for more than 70 years.

The book exhibition presents literature about the ways to take care of your body not to get ill, about healthy food, unique methods of health improvement etc.

Read and gain good health!

Mon – Thu 10.00–19.00,
Fri 10.00–18.00,
Sat, Sun – day-off

Admission is by the library card or by the Social and Cultural Centre ticket.
