The thematic exhibition "Thinking about the Future while Living in the Present" is being held in the Periodical publications reading room (No 106) from March 2 until April 27, 2023.

The appeal of each person's life resides in their capacity to fully live and appreciate it. Each person's life is intriguing, distinctive, and unique in its own manner. The books on display at the exhibition will assist you in striking a crucial balance between preparing for the future and taking care of yourself right now.

A person's life path in the current world is wrought with constant stressors. As a result, anxiety, emotional stress, burnout, and personal crises escalate. These problems are raised in articles from the publications "Semejnyj Doctor", "Narodnaia Gazeta", "Gomelskaja Prawda" and others.

The articles from the publications "Psychologies," "Zdorobyj Obraz Zhizni," "Kadrovik," and others will instruct you on how to maintain a flexible personality while not fully emptying yourself.

The articles from the journals “Dialog”, “Praleska”, “Pedagogicheskaia Nauka I Obrazovanie”, etc., will help you determine the level of anxiety, get practical recommendations for improving resilience, or take training on the formation of emotional stability.

More than 30 publications are included in the display overall.

The opening hours of the exhibition corresponds to the library’s opening hours.

Entrance to the exhibition is available by the library ticket or ticket of the library's social and cultural center.
