As part of cooperative activities with the Belarusian Republican Lawyers' Union, we cordially welcome users to a free topic meeting with a lawyer.
The topic of the conversation is "Legal guarantees for disabled people and benefits for families with disabled children".
The following topics about impaired individuals and families rearing disabled children will be discussed throughout the session:
- Pension arrangement
- Benefits for housing and utilities
- Tax benefits
- State allowances for families raising a disabled child under the age of 18
- Guarantees for entering into and terminating an employment contract
- Procedure and conditions for providing state targeted social assistance
Tatyana Anatolyevna Tarakhovich, a lawyer of the Minsk Regional Bar Association, a member of the Association of Certified Specialists in Fraud Detection, will answer these and other questions about legal and social guarantees provided for disabled people and families raising disabled children adequately.
On this subject, there is a display of books from the National Library of Belarus's holdings that is on display in the Legal information reading room (207b).
