We invite everyone to the exhibition "Cinema Begins with a Book" in the reading room of the Interlibrary Loan and Document Delivery Department (room 164) from September 1 to September 30.

Literary works have long served as a source that inspires masters of all types of art. Cinematography is no exception. Filmmakers have been drawing ideas for films from beloved books for a very long time. Sometimes film adaptations are so amazing that they take your breath away, and this makes you look at the book in a new way.

The book exhibition "Cinema Begins with a Book" will introduce literature about the art of cinema, famous directors and actors, as well as popular works based on which films were made.

Exhibition open hours are:
Mon – Th. 10.00–19.00,
Fri 10.00–18.00,
Sat, Sun – day off.

Admission is by the library card or by the Social and Cultural Centre ticket.
