On March 11-12, the international forum "Commonwealth of Libraries: Achievements and Prospects for Long-Term Partnership" will take place. The broadcast will be on the youtube channel of the Russian State Library.
Within two days, the heads and specialists of the national libraries of the countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States will present the best practices, projects and ideas, summarize the results of activities in 2020, exchange views and plans for the development of international library cooperation in 2021.
On March 11, the expert session "Best practices-2020 and benchmarks-2021" will be held. The meeting will feature flagship projects, complex digital initiatives, examples of innovation, as well as opportunities for the development of international library cooperation.
On March 12, an open discussion "Challenges of 2020: Questions for the Commonwealth Library Community" will take place. Participants will share problems and achievements in the work of libraries in the context of restrictive measures, discuss priority tasks for the near future.
