The "Word Enlightened with Tenderness" exhibition dedicated to the 100th anniversary of Mr Alexei Pysin, Belarusian poet (1920-1981). The exhibition will be on show in the Belarusian Literature Reading Room from March 20 to April 27.
Mr Alexey Pysin, Honored Cultural Worker of Belarus and the winner of the State Prize of Belarus named after Yanka Kupala, expressed the movement of a human soul its pain and anxieties in his poetry. The poetic world of the author - dramatic, tense, soaked in pain for the friends who died in hostile arrays of the Great Patriotic War, but at the same time, his poetry is direct and fresh rich with the beauty and novelty of life. The poet's work is emotionally effective due to his desire to feel and understand the concerns and worries of people, mental anxiety in thinking about descendants. Alexey Pysin's poetry is driven by transcendental and humanistic orientation to the future.
The content of the exhibition is revealed in the sections: “Modern and Eternal”, “At the Crossroads of Times and Roads”, “Under the Sign of Kindness” and “Poet of Light”.
Aleksey Pysin's literary heritage is represented by the collections, issued in two volumes, selected works and poetry books: “Our Day”, “Blue Morning”, “Solar Flood”, “There Is My Deer in the World,” “The Road Is Not Over Yet ... "," Alexey, Denis, Alenka" etc. The collections of poems of different authors with Aleksey Pysin's poems are also presented at the exhibition. "We are Belarusians", "Star Syaivo Mayhem", "I will bow to my mother’s mother" are among them.
Mr Pysin is also known outside of our country. A separate section of the exhibition is dedicated to his translated works.
The last section of the exhibition is dedicated to the author's life and career.
