The participants of the joint Russian-Belorussian project “The Train of Memory” visited one of the main sightseeing of Minsk – the National Library of Belarus on July 3.
The Exhibition “Six centuries of medicine and pharmacy in the antiques of the National Library of Belarus” attracted high interest by the visitors of the Book Museum. More than 7,000 people visited the Exhibition.
Immediately after the liberation of Minsk from the Nazi invaders, work began to restore the library, as we are told in the newspapers of the post-war years.
The Belarussian literature reading room (room 205) is running a book exhibition “Belarus. 19421-1945: Feat. Tragedy. Memory” dedicated to the Independence Day of the Republic of Belarus from July 2 to September 4.
