The participants of the joint Russian-Belorussian project “The Train of Memory” visited one of the main sightseeing of Minsk – the National Library of Belarus on July 3.
Immediately after the liberation of Minsk from the Nazi invaders, work began to restore the library, as we are told in the newspapers of the post-war years.
The Belarussian literature reading room (room 205) is running a book exhibition “Belarus. 19421-1945: Feat. Tragedy. Memory” dedicated to the Independence Day of the Republic of Belarus from July 2 to September 4.
On the 80th anniversary of Siarhiej Fiodaravic Davidovic, the Hall of Belarusian Literature (room 205) hosts the exhibition “The Feeling of an Endless Light” from July 1 to August 15.
