On April 19, at 19.00 Minsk libraries invite you to participate in the  "Library Night 2019" event.

Seven libraries and just one evening! Choose the theme of your Library Night and follow the news. Which libraries to visit is only up to you.

National Library of Belarus (116, Nezavisimosti Ave.)

Central Scientific Library named after Yakub Kolas of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus (15, Surganova St.)

The library will turn into an amazing laboratory where you can learn about a variety of different chemical phenomena and feel yourself a real researcher! Here you will find creative meetings with people of theatrical professions, metamorphosis from the "KLUmBa" amateur theater club, which will present a poetic play dedicated to the 130th anniversary of Anna Akhmatova and Belarusian poets of the Silver Age, and other theatrical embodiments and performances.

The kingdom of lyrics, fairy tales and short stories by A. Pushkin, whose anniversary is celebrated this year. You won't be bored for sure! You have to watch cartoons based on Pushkin's fairy tales, draw a postcard or make a fairytale character, try to catch luck in board games, refresh yourself in the “Arina Rodionovna's” cafe and pass the “Lukomorye” quest.

The book has crossed paper lines. In the library of BNTU you will find scientific lectures, funny performances, workshop (Alexandra Butor will tell you how to write a script), incredible activities from literary fan-houses, board games and much more!
