A ceremonial donation of Vyaheslav Bondarenko’s book “Four Fates. One Motherland” to regional and city libraries is to be held at the National Library, on June 20.

The novel “Four Fates. One Motherland” of Vyaheslav Bondarenko, a member of the Union of Writers of Belarus, is a co-project of the Belarusian Union of Suvorov Military School Students and Cadets and the author who is also a member of the union. The project started in 2013 and, during three years, it has been published online on the union’s site.

The novel was issued by the publishing house “Aversev”. It is symbolic that the book about military men, the graduates of Polotsk Cadet School, is published in the year which marks the 100th anniversary of the Military Forces of the Republic of Belarus, the 75th anniversary of the establishment of Suvorov and Nakhimov military and naval schools, and the 65th anniversary of Minsk Suvorov Military School.

The copies of Vyaheslav Bondarenko’s novel have arrived at the libraries of cadet schools, specialized lyceums and Minsk Suvorov Military School. Now the publication is to be handed to city and regional libraries of Belarus. The first stage of the action – the donation of 200 copies – will be held at the National Library of Belarus.

The ceremony will be attended by representatives of the Belarusian Union of Suvorov Military School Students and Cadets, students of Minsk Suvorov Military School, the specialized lyceum of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Minsk City Cadet School.

The event starts at 15.00 in the gallery “Labyrinth” (3rd floor).
