The National Library of Belarus invites Minsk residents and guests to BiblioNight-2018 April 20 from 19.00 to 23.00.
Are you dreaming to make a journey in time? Dreams come true together with NLB!
Within the framework of Minsk BiblioNight-2018, the National Library of Belarus will become your guide in time. We will not just change the opening hours, we will destroy all time frames and make parallels between different epochs and generations.
Time portal will open at 19.00 in the Library’s central lobby, and then you should follow the call of your heart. You can visit the excursion travel-festival "By the Expanses", relax-zone "Vinyl Relax", have fun at dance master-classes or know more about yourself in psychological training.
For those who are going to come with noisy company we can propose to play board games from Hobby World or chess and checkers. Experts of the literature could take part in the popular Minsk pub-quiz LitERA Quiz’ activities. Of course, it will be a lot of music of different genres: the best world hits, funk, reggae, soul, beatbox and romantic music.
Those who are still nostalgic for the Soviet past and remember Olympic Games of 80’s are invited to go back to the USSR: to the exhibition “Made in the USSR”, the pioneer area "Be ready! Always ready!" and in the corner of Soviet fashion.
And, of course, the program provides the "Non-child time" activities. From 19.20 to 21.00 the young guests of the Library could visit creative workshops, theatrical performances, entertaining experiments, soap bubbles show, karaoke and many other of fun and informative activities!
So, the BiblioNight-2018 “NLB. Time Parallels” starts on Friday, April 20 in 7 p.m.
