Logistical Support Department

Activities

The Logistical Support Department is in charge of the acquisition of material goods for the Library; storage room maintenance, reception, storing and distribution of material goods; conclusion of agreements on material and equipment supply; transport maintenance.

Functions:

• development of perspective plans for material and equipment supply according to the Library’s needs;
• marketing researches for the realization of state purchase procedures, procurement of goods (works, services);
• execution of contract control, reclamation in the event of contract default;
• acquisition and accumulation of material goods according to the Library’s needs;
• reception, storing and distribution of material goods;
• supply and inventory operations records management and accounting;
• transport applications reception and processing, transport schedule development, fuel supply.
