The National Library of Belarus annually prepares an ongoing collection of scientific articles “Здабыткі: дакументальныя помнікі на Беларусі” and invites researchers of the book culture of Belarus to cooperate.
The collection is a multi-disciplined peer-reviewed scientific edition, which publishes the results of dissertation research in pedagogical sciences (library science, bibliography and bibliography), historical sciences (documentary, document studies, archival science, historiography, source study and historical research) and cultural studies. The publication is included in the List of Scientific Publications of the Republic of Belarus.
The collection publishes articles on documentary monuments and the history of the book culture of Belarus, which are of scientific nature and contain novelty in research and its results. Articles published or accepted for publication by other editions will be rejected. There are no publication or royalty fees. The right of priority publication of scientific articles is granted to persons engaged in postgraduate studies (postgraduate, doctoral, and candidate), in the year of completion of training.
The editorial board accepts for consideration scientific articles with the recommendation of a department (sector, laboratory) of a scientific (educational) institution, or with a review by a specialist in this field. The application and article in electronic form must be sent to the editorial office (National Library of Belarus, 220114, Minsk, 116 Independence Avenue) or by e-mail email@example.com, firstname.lastname@example.org.
The application should include information about the author (last name, first name, patronymic (in full), place of work and (or) study, position, academic degree and title, contact phone, e-mail) and the title of the article.
Manuscripts are accepted in electronic form. The volume of the article is up to 0.5 of the author's sheet (10–12 full A4 pages printed at 1.5 intervals, Times New Roman font, 14 pt size). The working languages are Belarusian, Russian, Polish and English. The article is drawn up in accordance with the Instruction on the procedure for preparing a qualifying scientific work (thesis) for the degree of candidate and doctor of science, abstracts and publications o (as amended by the Resolution of the Higher Attestation Commission of the Republic of Belarus on February 28, 2014).
The list of sources used is compiled in accordance with the interstate standard GOST 7.1-2003 “Bibliographic record. Bibliographic description. General requirements and drafting rules”. It is located at the end of the text; the references are numbered according to the order of citing; in the text of the article the numbers of references are indicated inside the square brackets (for example: , ). An abstract in Russian and English is attached to the article. Illustrations are provided to the editor in electronic form in tiff, jpeg, gif, bmp, png files with a resolution of 300 dpi.

The editorial board reserves the right to select materials for publication. The order of publication in the collection provides for mandatory review by specialists with an academic degree of a candidate or doctor of science, appointed by the editorial board. If necessary, the article can be returned to the authors for revision; the date of receipt of the article in the editorial board is the day of receipt of its final version.
The authors are responsible for the accuracy of the facts and citations given in their articles. The editors can print materials for substantive discussion, without sharing the views of the authors.
