Since 7 April, a permanent virtual exhibition “We are for a healthy lifestyle!” is available to users.
As the saying goes, a healthy mind is in a healthy body, and sport is one of the ways to keep health from an early age and maintain it in adulthood. If your daily workout program is jogging after the trolleybus and the computer screen-touching exercises, our virtual exhibition will allow you to look at fitness from a very new angle.
The virtual exhibition ”We are for a healthy lifestyle!“ includes graphic documents and books from the collections of the National Library of Belarus, classified in seven thematic sections.
Documents on display acquaint with various techniques and workouts, as well as teach how to strengthen muscles and the immune system, improve heart, blood vessels and eyesight and to get rid of wrinkles without injections or tuck-up operations, get a perfect body in just 10–15 minutes a day, and many other. Parents-to-be and young mothers will find books which will help them to keep fit during pregnancy and will teach what to do to raise a child healthy and strong.
