As part of Unified Information Day, the National Library of Belarus sponsored a discussion forum with the labour union on January 27.
The meeting's attendees and Olga Germanovich, head of the ministry of culture's department of human work and state awards, spoke about the prospects for the growth of library operations, personnel issues, and legal protections for social welfare.
Everyone present was able to voice their opinions and pose questions during the dialogue-style event.
